You want to save your work in Microsoft Excel, for this just following these steps:
Microsoft Excel 2010 Users:
For Excel 2010 users, click “File” option which is at the top of the left side of the Excel. And you will see options like this:
You will find “save” option at the top in the file menu. To save your work click on “save” and a new window open to the front of you like this:
If you happy to save your work with this name and selected directory then click save. And if you want to change the directory and name of the file the change the name just clicking on the file name option and you will select your desire directory from the option that are left of the coming windows. For example, we changed the name of the file from book1 to test1 in the file name option and file has been saved.
If you click the drop down button in save as type, you will see that you can save your workbook in lots of different formats:
So, if you have an older version of Microsoft Excel, you can save your workbook as an Excel 97-2003 workbook from “save as type” option and then it will be saved it in the older XLS format.
